Shipping of your order
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery is carried out via DHL with shipment tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been handed over to DHL.
Shipping costs include packaging and handling as well as postage fees. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order and will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please note that separate orders cannot be combined automatically. If you place multiple orders, shipping costs may apply to each order.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
We take great care to ensure that your items are securely packed. All products are carefully protected to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
