Cleaning station for manual handling

Cleaning station for all INNOCISE Microhandling products except from the Arigrip family

The residue-free adhesive tape is installed with the adhesive side facing upwards and away from the cleaning station, unrolling

it in a clockwise direction.

To clean a gripper, press it lightly onto the contact surface and then pull it off vertically. This process can be repeated several

times until good cleaning is achieved.

Warning: If you pull the gripper off horizontally rather than vertically when cleaning, you may break off some of the

microstructures and destroy the gripper.

If the cleaning area of the station is heavily contaminated, it should be replaced. To do so, remove the adhesive tape, pull off a

sufficient length to renew the cleaning area and cut off the adhesive tape with a twisting motion over the jagged area (Fig. 2).

Warning: Improper cleaning can destroy the grippers. It is therefore important that you only use the adhesive roll approved

by INNOCISE and supplied with the cleaning station.

The information in this datasheet has been compiled carefully and to the best of our knowledge within the framework of the

quality management system of INNOCISE GmbH. It describes our product in terms of characteristics and use, but do not
